I came to SL in September 2006, stumbled into Old Salt's Pub where I asked the newbie questions of "Is this live?" "...really?" "coool..."
Three months later I performed for the first time at The Hummingbird Cafe's Open Mic and I haven't looked back...
Rock/Pop/Alternative solo acoustic (sometimes electric) stylings covering well, loved classics to today's radio ga ga and a sometimes obscure but always ecclectic mix in between...dabbling in old country, folk, emo, Canadiana, and even some acoustic hip-hop.
In RL...I have piano and music theory in my "background" but I've been playing guitar (off and on) for about 15 years, playing in bands and doing sparse acoustic gigs in the summer months. I am also a "student" of drums and percussion, dedicated to the rudiments and stick control.
I've yet to write original material but I feel I have at least a CD's worth of music in me, trying to get out...hopefully SL Live Music is the inspiration I need. It's been a fun ride so far.
The SL Live Music Community has been so overwhelmingly good to me and I hope to continue contributing to the scene and developing as a musician...It's the least I could do.
I perform throughout SL at various live music venues...but you can always find me doing an open mic set or just enjoying the music at The Hummingbird Cafe. _________________ That's where I saw the Leprchaun. He tells me to burn things! -Ralph Wiggum, The Simpsons

Happy Rezday sweety I have been Max's manager for almost a year... *wipes a sentimental tear* and I am still in awe of this man's talent. Even after hearing every song he sings a million times, i would still choose his shows over anyone else's in SL !! Ya make me proud, Max !! |

Max, I heard you at Crystal Sands last weekend. You opened with a Tragically Hip song I thought you did very well. _________________
