The Yard Club has been in SL for more than 2 years and have featured all kinds of genres in music during that time.

We pay all our performers but we do have a feecap of 4000L$ per hour, also we would like to attend one or more of your shows in SL prior to booking. Contact Jess Oranos or Torben Asp inworld for arrangements.

I strongly recommend reading the policies stated below before contacting us as we do not want to waste anybodys time.

The Yard Club Policies:

1) The Yard Club is a privately funded venue. There are a limited number of paid slots per month.
If you wish to play at The Yard Club please contact Torben Asp or Jess Oranos and we will let you know ASAP when the next available paid slot is.

2) We will not haggle with anyone over fees.

3) We will always pay the artist directly. This is non-negotiable and not personal.

I have retired The Yard Club because I need time to do other stuff like composing...and being with Jess....says Jess Smile

About the for sale thing its the whole estate that we will sell even though only the top part is marked....and yes...its also about economy and how much space do you need for 2 people anyway? Smile

I decided to avoid the over-dramatic last day at The Yard Club kinda thing so last friday the 4th of Sept it just went away silently.
