Does anyone ever have a problem with some of their tracks using garageband and nicecast on Mac? Some (but not all) of my tracks have a bit of a mismatch between output and input at times. This makes matching my voice to the track kinda difficult. I can fix this problem by restarting my stream and all syncs again, but i'm wondering if anyone understands what is happening, and what i might do to prevent it.

I used to have that problem so much that I stopped monitoring myself in headphones (since just play guitar and sing it wasn't a big deal)

Lately though, I've upgraded my machine to a faster mac which has helped this problem a ton. I occassionally get noticeable latency...so what I do is go into garageband and hit the play button, which seems to magically fix the latency issue for me.

Thanks Eric. i have a pretty fast machine, so i don't think that's it. hitting play may work, but the problem is it often happens midway thru a show, and hard to fix without disrupting the show or dropping the stream.
