Jazz Bar looking for performersSteamers Jazz, modeled after a RL jazz joint in Southern California, is getting ready to open! I've built this place upstairs in my art gallery and it is going to be an exclusive venue for private parties and VIP only events (ticketed).
The decor is all in black and white, such as an old film, and patrons will be invitede to wear their best in b/w attire, including skins (basic ones will be available and included with tickets) I have a furniture and clothing designer working with us now to help finish out the decor.. So far I've just put up the wall textures, floor, and some artwork. I've also been shooting some SL models for some sassy sexy cool portraits on the walls.
I will be dj'ing old jazz standards, some blues an bluegrass nights, and have the radio stream to SF's Kjazz while I'm away. But I am in search of live performers as well. If you are interested in jumping in on the start of something unique and edgy in SL, please lets chat!
DJ's will also be considered for certain events. For now I'm considering tuesday and saturday nights, for our special VIP jam sessions.
