Machinima compilation DVDHi there folks. I've been invited to a music festival this spring in RL. The promoters are having a week of "music movies" at their local theatre (it's a small town) to promote the whole thing. They are interested in the idea of showing some machinima shorts as part of the program.
These folks are not in SL so I told them I would ask you musicians out there with videos if you'd;
a) consent to having your video shown via DVD projection to a small town theatre crowd a million miles from your current marketplace.
b) be willing to send me (via post) a DVD DATA copy of the machinima so that I can create a compilation DVD for the exhibition
and c) do all this without a dime of compensation.
So I know it's alot to ask but I thought maybe some of you might be interested. 
The goal of course is to sell their festival but I see it as a way to expand the interest in our little virtual world and maybe create some fans along the way. I will happily add titles before and aft to the selections including a website address so that folks who are interested can find you.
THIS WILL NOT BE FOR SALE so let's not even talk about that.
I'd happily send a copy of the compilation to all the participants free of charge and if the participants consent to everyone on this list for the cost of postage.
