I believe I need some more help with Winamp shoutcast.
How do you setup a password to the connection?

What if nothing connects?

If you have the Shoutcast DSP plug in for Winamp (free download at shoutcast.com), when you open up Winamp you should get a control panel window, this allows you to configure the server address and password, as well as your encode rate.
