Stella Silvansky - SL Live Singer :)Hey guys!
I'm a long-time fan of the SL Live Music scene, and now I'm getting my start as an SL Live artist. 
I started my live music experience here in SL as a Max groupie (well, the guy is amazing and super-nice, so who ISN'T a Max groupie?)...and umm, I've never exactly had a problem being the center of attention. I sing constantly...in the shower, in my car, when I'm cleaning the kitchen...and now in SL.
Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I'll listen to just about everything from alt-rock to country to big band, but I love to sing Natalie Merchant, Trisha Yearwood, Jewel, Alanis, Gwen Stefani and Indigo Girls to name a few.
I'm thrilled to be able to have a chance to sing here on SL! Living in the middle of nowhere in Western Maine, USA, it's not an opportunity I would have otherwise.
So, I hope you all will come by and hang with me for a bit while I sing for you.

Hey Kim!
I'm in a little college town about an hour north of Freeport. I moved to Maine about a year and a half ago to be closer to family. The winters nearly kill me, but then Spring and Summer come and remind me why I'm so happy I live here.
It was great hearing you last night!

And who knew you were from Maine? Geesh... people from Maine are weird. They eat lobster and stuff. Oh yeah... it's lobster season right now here in New Brunswick too!

Yeah, but technically I'm not a Maine-uh, so not as weird as someone like, maybe Dolmere, hehe. And um, just so you know you didn't miss anything really important, I didn't perform in a thong -- I just didn't feel I could do it the same justice as you.
If you're not singing, I'm booked at the Hummingbird's Open Mic on Thursday around 6-ish SLT, and Sarah's got me lined up for a bunch more stuff after that - yay, Sarah!!
And, yummmmm Lobster Season is coming!!! I can't wait to head to Boothbay Harbor and the Lobster Co-op!!

It is gorgeous! But I haven't heard of the windjammer festival...Last summer was my first summer experiencing Boothbay. I'm looking forward to the duckpin bowling and whale-watching -- didn't get to do that last year either.

I'd love to sing at the Merry Prankster sometime -- another of my favorite Max venues, LOL.

haha...Thanks, Dol. Yep -- If only I'd started sooner, it might have kept me a little saner through the winter.
