Torben Asp bows......Hello there,
I am from Denmark and I believe I am the only performing musician from Denmark here in SL...otherwise you may correct me.
I am a composer and play my own original music in SL, infact I am a bedroom composer so SL have turned out to be my second chance in doing something with my music.
I also run The Yard Club in SL and have done that for 1˝ year having 3 venues: A traditional, PoolVenue and a unique SpaceVenue.

I greatly admire your skill and artistic flare as a composer, Torben. In fact it is primarily your music that is inspiring me to try to make more use of the electric piano and DAW in my own work.
I very much like the way you find inspiration for your creations in the world about you, from the tram cars in the city to the sewers below (I assume these are the workers beneath the streets of Copenhagen? )
Although, to borrow a somewhat hackneyed and over-used phrase from our friends in the States, your music rawks, I like the fact the connection between your compositions and the rock-n-roll tradition is extremely tentative and at times totally non-existent. This I find very refreshing.
In sum, I not only welcome you but also look forward to hearing more and more of your music in the future.

Welcome tsukiko!!! Good luck on your search, there are bands who perform in Second Life, though the medium supports individual performers much more easily. Hopefully, this forum will help you hook up with some other performers looking to form an SL based band!!
