I don't think Von's here any more, though I suppose he may be lurking. He left during our last mud fight and, as far as can be told, has no intention of returning.

Ok I'm being a bit dim here 
I am struggling to find out what to do with Ninjam once you have it.
Is a Ninjam server just a Shoutcast server or is it something completely different?
How do you set up the accounts needed for each musician to log into the jam etc?
Once it is running and you have several musicians jamming how does it stream to a SL venue?
This may seem a bit low-brow but I don't see anywhere that explains this. Thanks in advance y'all
