Awhile ago, I think it was perhaps Dec of 2006 MTV did a small feature which showed Frogg and Keiko... it was like a 10-15 minute news story.

This time Keiko is back for her own special? so I hear...

Keiko..when you inform my mother...can you tell her I been waiting at the bus stop for 35 years and she has not picked me up from soccer practice - I am starting to worry.

LOL Tommy...you want me to swing by and give you a lift?..should only be about 16 hours from the UK..and then I'll have to hire a car and stuff..call it a round 24 hours..but than after 35 years waiting that's probably not a big deal for you to wait a day longer Smile

Keiko..I dont know you bit I just wanted to say this is amazing coverage for both yourself and the SL music scene. I think most SL musicians would be happy to lop off a non essential part of their body to get featured on MTV like this. Good luck...go girl!!! Very Happy

I hate to sound like an ingrate, but I want you all to know that MTV only bothered to cover my story because I fit their demographic. I'm a young, hip, 20-something who's doing something CRAZY (playing live in SL). The whole thing isn't so much about my music, it's more about me being a shy recluse who gets encouragement and support from my friends and fans in SL.

It was three months of shooting for less than half an hour of an episode. They would come over, tell me to go here, do this, talk about that. That's reality TV for you. But hopefully they got the essence of what I'm going through, and admittedly, I wouldn't have had the cajones to go out and try playing in RL if they weren't constantly hounding me.

I'm also hoping that this episode raises the profile of musicians in SL and challenges preconceived notions of SL users. Not all of us are pedophiles and/or jihadists in training, y'know?

He said editing has been slow, so they may have to push back the airdate.
