So this is YOUR day for  totally Shameless plugging!   *This does NOT mean you can come to the opening and  do a splurge on spam in open chat  or Spam in IM but to  openly (by way of posters/on air plugs)  advertise YOUR Place/Skill in SL. It is important that you know that the island is here as a resource but also to show that we can all communicate and work together. DJs' give me your posters and info Venue owners make sure you have given me your posters and Lms Musicians, give me your bios and promo posters. Radio station owners do the same. Creative art and music installation too:) For those of you performing on  Saturday (Djs and Musicians) then please tell us about places in SL that you  have played at and want to promote, so we get   people truly going out to visit the wonderful diversity of the music scene  on the grid. NOW IS THE TIME!!     Everyone here has had creative ideas expressed on this forum,  now is the time to make it happen! It's actually quite simple...  once the island opens it will be evolving, transforming, and updating with the current music haps.   We need proactive people!  People that take steps to making their ideas happen.   The SLMC as an island is here to support you, and the SLMC as a community of people is here to support you.
