Damn, every time something goes wonky on my computer someone says clean your cookies. I roll my eye, clean my cookies and all is right with the world again. No, I haven't done it yet. Cross your fingers with me!!!!

Yes, the cookies seem to have been the culprit!!! I am back in biz! Woooo Hooooo!!!!!!!
Btw, Zak, I switched to CalendarHub for a while. It simply isn't as flexible as Google and I actually have about a dozen Google Calendars, all of which I'm able to view simultaneously, all nicely color coded, I can hide them, I can view them, I can share them, I can get an email agenda every day off the ones I want an agenda off of, I can do all sorts of stuff with them that you just can't do in CalendarHub. My feeling on it was that if all you need is a single simple calendar that others can view (but not update), then CalendarHub is up to the task, but it was REALLY awkward for me because I just couldn't get all the views I needed _________________ Joy is in the ears that hear

I thought that would be less fattening than eating them _________________ Joy is in the ears that hear

A permanent cure to any cookies problem: CCleaner
Download here
Every week, or few days, or just cause...
Right click on the recycle bin icon on your desktop
select Run CCleaner
Thats it, all cookies and garbage Mr Gates piles on your computer are all gone!! It's like a free oil change for your computer done in seconds.

Tish, the last thing you have to worry about is whether you're lady-like.
Please don't read this as Mac sales; I just thought it might be interesting. In Monday's WWDC keynote, Jobs said that .Mac would be extended to support an online calendar. That syncs with iCal and could be pretty smooth. Mac monkeys can find out more at the Apple site. _________________ Ever vigilant for da gooses overhead.

Do you know if it will work on pc as well? We've been having some glitchy issues with Google. Every now and then, and often enough to cause us REAL headaches, it randomly moves an entry. There's one for Al at Cascadia Harmonics . . on the CH calendar it behaves and stays right where it belongs, but on Al's calendar, it keeps moving from 1pm to 2pm and I keep having to move it back since Al looks to his calendar, not the CH calendar, to know where he's scheduled to play. We had a similar snafu with an entry Woody made to Nad's calendar where it shifted the entry from 3pm Wednesday to 3pm Tuesday. We haven't been able to find a pattern to the entries that get shifted or how they get shifted, and even if we could, I haven't been able to find a place to send bug reports.
I tried CalendarHub, but it just totally does NOT give us the flexibility we need (specifically, multiple calendars in a single view and easy calendar sharing). _________________ Joy is in the ears that hear

Sounds to me like you've got a chronogeist (metaversial mutant of the common poltergiest, functioning mainly as a timezone vandal within SL). Wearing some prim garlic should help. _________________ Real life website http://www.lewismusic.co.uk |
