Now I'm not really into all that chat gesture stuff with ASCII guitars and endless cries of AWESOME spamming dozens of lines. But past Saturday, well, past Saturday was something else. We were at the MetaMeets conference in Amsterdam, jsmn and me, and one way or another ended up in an Irish pub in the evening for an afterparty. There would be a couple of people playing, we were told.

JOoZz was at the keyboard when we came in, with Slimmie running around pushing buttons on machines and Ham Rambler fiddling around on his laptop in the corner. A huge screen showed the interior of the Blarney Stone pub in Dublin SL. Then JOoZz kicked off with a set of his sweet keyboard grooves. Good vibes, lemme tell ya! Suddenly, out of the blue, Al Hofmann stepped in and jammed along. Even more good vibesness! But what's that 6-string electric violin doing there all by itself, on stage?

XanderNichting Writer took the stage and the Blarney Stone on screen filled up rapidly, nearly bursting out of its seams when JOoZz, Al and Xander decided to roll out a couple of jams together.

Sure, the stream went down a couple of times. I mean, like, they call it a medium coz' nothing really works, right? But trust me: this was truly awesome and worthy of exuberant chat gestures 'till kingdom come. It's so cool to experience what happens when a couple of musicians not only know how to play, but also how to listen to eachother.

You should've seen the smiles on their faces. Really. I wouldn't wanna have missed it for the world.

No worries, hun. Now that the ORIGINALS have set up camp at Rastafairy Beach, we might as well throw an inworld afterparty there. So starting at 10 AM SLT, there'll be 10 live artists playing there - I'm sure that Harrie will posting the line-up anytime soon, now.
