Hello to you all
Ok when Ted does i can't stay behind:
I'm Veldrom the other dude and i also like rock music.
Together we are in business for almost 6 months and become at a level
we want to do something more in sl.
Beside the rockshirt stores we build an open air rockstage. As Ted says, everyone who plays live music may use it for free.
Because we just start with the stage (june 2008) we need still some stuff to pimp up this stage. We already have some lights and instruments but we definitely need something more to look the stage better.
So all suggestions are welcom.
By the way, we also own the pink floyd cafe.
For those who like the Pink floyd, The cafe is at the same sim.
Kind regards
Veldrom Vollmar

Welcome to the forum!!!
For tips on spiffing up your stage, be sure to check out the FAQs section here on the forum. There's a thread (which as the author, I'm shamelessly promoting here ) which talks about some of the things to consider and how to avoid some common mistakes. Here's a link:
http://slmc.myfastforum.org/about1477.html
There's also a section on equipment that will give you the names of some stores where you can buy stuff for your stage, but since you're into building, my best advice is to check out a variety of venues, big and small, see what they do that you like and that you don't like and go from there. That's how I learned to build and run a venue (I've been building and running venues in SL for nearly 18 months).
All that aside, feel free to snoop around all the topics here, get to know us and throw in your thoughts where ever you have them. You'll find lots of friendly and helpful folks here!! _________________ Joy is in the ears that hear
