It is worth checking in Every group that you are in,   that you are not paying Liabilities/Debits unless you are the LAND/PARCEL owner.

Checking through your transaction history on a regular basis will help you to   manage your debit transactions in SL..

Just went through a couple of mine and noticed that that box was ticked and I had NO idea and was  paying out a few lindens each week to groups I belonged to.
