Hey folks,
Could anyone help on how to create a nice "tip jar". My friend Capos Calderwood has a guitar case with his picture (real life identity), plus when you right click on it, there are links to his real life web site (alexwhitmore.com), his CD Baby page, and his group. He had it done for him, so has no idea how to build it.
I'd love to have something similar. Can anyone walk me through creating this?
Thanks,

Welcome to the site, Carmel!
There are a lot of tip jars already out there. A number of people on this board have created some really good free scripts. The one I use has a ton of features built in - gifts, links, etc. I'm trying to remember who made it - Distilled1?
Anyway, I'm sure someone will reply with the info. You can pop a script into an object and put a picture on it pretty easily, but learning how to build is a time-sucking effort all on its own!
I'm looking forward to hearing you play.

BabbleGrabble made a cool script that you can use, and made it available for eveyrone no-charge. IM me in-world if you like and I can (probably) dig up a copy of it.
Or, you can ask Capo who made the script/tip jar for him and i'm sure they would sell you the script as well. If he can't remember, just right click on the object and it will tell you who made it. _________________ http://www.NorrisShepherd.com |

His full avatar name is BabbleGrabble Swindlehurst (spelling may not be exact on his surname) and he's a sweet guy! _________________ Joy is in the ears that hear

You can use any object for a tip jar.
Alicia Stella sells a custom product which u just drop into your object and it does all the rest....it needs some setting up but there are instructions...not sure if there is a one click option but do know u can set it to give gifts on tip etc and have effects come out...tip % split etc _________________ Vlad |
