Around April/May I held a Second Life remix contest. I made a tune that was Second Life inspired, and offered it up in a remix contest.
We had the listening party in Menorca and dropped the contest part of it. The participants just equally split the bucks.
Lots of great remixes came out of it, but Moshangs remix has gotten the most play. It made it onto his Asian Variations album and several podcasts.
I was gonna do another remix contest, especially now that there's like thousands of new musician and producer types.... but I haven't made anything that has been "SL inspired" lately.
