I build my own custom stage sets to use for my shows and I'd encourage other performers to do so as well. Given the nature of the medium here in SL, I'm frequently disappointed at how visually pedestrian and mundane most venues and live music shows are. It doesn't take much to stick a few prims together and rustle up something that augments / enhances the theme of your material. One thing I appreciate are the performers and acts who go that extra mile to turn their performances into something special.

And, no, I'm not punting for work to build stage sets for other performers. I simply don't have the time.
